We are looking for Sales and Support executives for our office located in Connecticut state. Additional skills or expertise in certain fields will be highly honored such as merchant payment processing, gateway services, Knowing management of hardware and software for Clover Point of Sale equipment, NRS Point of Sale Equipment, Dejavoo terminals for all models, Pax Terminals for all models, Curve Point of Sale management and knowing how to download the encryption for Pax and Dejavoo Devices.

You must have the ability to communicate and deal with processors technical team and seek assistance in the process of downloading. You must also know the Zoho CRM management, Zoho Invoices and Zoho Desk management.

You need to have a good understanding about PDF Filler and how to use them. You must also know the digital signature platform in and out like Docusign and HelloSign.

You must be very good with paperwork and managing onboarding process of new merchants.

In the event of trouble shooting or support call, you will speak the language of the merchant which is one of 4 languages: English, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali.
